2. Membership and Subscription

• Membership is by subscription only. Details of subscription fees, benefits, and duration will be provided during the enrolment process.
• Vaaralabbayi reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application.
• Memberships are not transferable.
• Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to, discounted prices, priority delivery, exclusive offers, and access to specific product ranges.

3. Ordering and Delivery

• Orders can be placed through our authorized marketing teams, dealers, or as specified by Vaaralabbayi.
• Delivery schedules and areas will be communicated to members. Vaaralabbayi will strive to deliver products within the specified timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order placement.
• Members are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
• Vaaralabbayi or its authorized delivery personnel have the right to verify the identity of the customer at the time of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery, and notifying the delivery personnel of any damage or discrepancy.

4. Payment

Vaaralabbayi offers flexible payment options, including easy weekly installments, for the convenience of our 'Company Family Members.'

Weekly Installments

• Members can opt for weekly installment plans as communicated by our marketing teams or dealers during the order placement.
• The total purchase price will be divided into equal weekly installments, as agreed upon during the transaction.

Interest-Free Installments

• Vaaralabbayi provides interest-free weekly installments. However, timely payment is crucial to maintain this benefit.

Payment Schedule

• The specific payment schedule, including the amount and due date of each installment, will be clearly communicated and documented at the time of purchase.
• Members are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

Payment Methods

• Payment methods for installments may include cash collection by authorized personnel, online transfers, or other methods as specified by Vaaralabbayi.

Late Payment Fees and Penalties

• Failure to make timely installment payments will result in late payment fees. A specific fee amount will be communicated during the purchase process.
• If payments are delayed beyond a specified number of days, penalties may be applied. The penalty amount and conditions will be made known to the customer at the time of purchase.
• Vaaralabbayi reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership and delivery services in the event of persistent late payments or non-payment.
• Vaaralabbayi reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding payments.

Pricing and Taxes

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be included in the total purchase price.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Details on refunds and cancellations will be provided during the time of purchase, and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific conditions relating to products purchased on installment plans will also be included.

5. Product Information and Quality

• Vaaralabbayi strives to provide accurate product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free.

• Members must treat marketing teams and delivery personnel with respect.

• Vaaralabbayi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
